Update: MBLAQ's G.O Personally Confirms He Is Dating Actress Choi Ye Seul

MBLAQ’s G.O has personally confirmed that he is dating actress Choi Ye Seul!

He took to his personal Instagram account and uploaded a photo with the actress as he wrote, “This morning, a few welcome names were high on the search rankings. We were planning on personally sharing the news in the near future, so it’s unfortunate that an article was published first, but it’s okay because it’s good news. To be honest, the most unfortunate thing here is my photo that’s being used.”

He went on to say, “Though I haven’t gained a lot of fame or as much success as I wanted, I’ve gone through a lot of things for over 10 years since my debut in 2007. What I felt most that it’s very difficult to have and keep someone by my side. I felt the pressure to always be someone who is needed in work, love, and friendship, and there were so few people who recognized and accepted me for just who I was.”

G.O confirmed his current relationship status by revealing, “Time passed in such a way until I met someone when I was at my most ordinary state, and that person was Choi Ye Seul. She is someone who accepted and has been so considerate of so much. I am so happy. I believe that this happiness that I feel will spread to those who love me like a happy virus.”

He concluded with, “Though I may be an adult now, my mistakes never seem to end. If I am lacking or immature in any way, I hope you will be understanding of me and my actions. Thank you for reading these words. And I want to sincerely thank everyone who has been congratulating us.”

Neither G.O’s nor Choi Ye Seul’s agency can confirm the status of their relationship.

A source from the MBLAQ member’s agency explained, “G.O is currently carrying out his duties as a public service worker with a sincere attitude. Because [this news] pertains to his personal life, it is difficult for us to confirm.”

Choi Ye Seul’s supposed agency Forest Entertainment revealed that the actress is no longer with them as she left sometime last year, and had expressed she no longer wanted to pursue acting. They continued, “We are currently not in contact with her, which is why it is difficult for us to confirm her relationship with G.O.”

It appears that love may be in the air for another idol!

According to a news report on January 2, MBLAQ’s G.O and actress Choi Ye Seul have been dating for five months. Reportedly, G.O is also close with Choi Ye Seul’s family and sees them frequently.

While G.O is currently carrying out his mandatory military service as a public service worker, after enlisting back in February 2016, the couple is said to enjoy dates together whenever they can. They also reportedly traveled to Japan together back in November 2017, and spent this past Christmas together.

G.O. debuted as a member of MBLAQ back in 2009, and Choi Ye Seul is most known for her roles in dramas “Angry Mom” and “My Mom.”
