WINNER Jumps To No. 1 With "Everyday"; Soompi's K-Pop Music Chart 2018, April Week 3
WINNER has the new No. 1 song on our chart, as their latest hit “EVERYDAY” moves up from No. 11 all the way to the top. This song won on “Inkigayo,” “Music Core,” and “M!Countdown” last week. Congratulations to WINNER!
“EVERYDAY” is the title track from WINNER’s second full album “EVERYD4Y.” It is a hip-hop style song with a catchy chorus, describing the overjoyed feeling of happiness when spending a full day with one’s love.
BIGBANG’s “Flower Road” remains strong at No. 2. Rounding out an all male group top three this week is Wanna One’s “BOOMERANG,” the champion song from the last two weeks.
There is one more new song in the top 10 this week. Moving up 11 spots to No. 5 is EXID’s new song “Lady.” This is a 90s style retro dance song with funky rhythm, and is about a woman telling her boyfriend that if he wants to break up with her, he should tell her tomorrow.
