Chungha, PRISTIN's Nayoung, Weki Meki's Kim Doyeon, And Jeon Somi Enjoy Mini I.O.I Reunion
Some of the members of project group I.O.I enjoyed a mini reunion!
On November 3, Chungha shared a set of photos on her Instagram account showing her having a meal with Nayoung, Kim Doyeon, and Jeon Somi. The four of them are said to have visited a kalguksu (chopped noodles) restaurant that Nayoung’s parents own. In her caption, Chungha wrote, “‘Hongdukkae kalguksu‘ is the best. Thank you, we’ll keep visiting more often!”
I.O.I was a project group formed from the Mnet survival show “Produce 101.” The top 11 contestants become members of the group in 2016, and they promoted together until the group’s activities ended in January 2017. Since then, the members have ventured out into a wide variety of activities. Chungha is currently promoting as a solo artist, while Nayoung and Kim Doyeon are focusing on group activities as members of PRISTIN and Weki Meki respectively. Jeon Somi has since left JYP Entertainment and signed on with The Black Label.
Even after the project group’s disbandment, the members have often talked about staying in touch with each other, and the recent gathering was proof of the close friendships they have maintained!
