Kang Daniel Reportedly Appoints Legal Representative For Dispute Against Agency

On March 14, SBS funE exclusively reported that Kang Daniel has chosen law firm Yulchon as his legal representative.

The report stated that Kang Daniel requested law firm Yulchon to represent him in the legal battle against his agency, LM Entertainment. Lawyer Yeom Yong Pyo, who became in charge of the case, said, “Kang Daniel is extremely apologetic to fans about the ongoing matter, and he is showing willingness to conclude the dispute as quickly as possible so that he can return to fans.” He continued, “We will also try our best to settle the ongoing conflict in a timely manner.”

It was first revealed that Kang Daniel sent a certification of contents to LM Entertainment, requesting to make changes in his exclusive contract. Four days later, it was also revealed that Kang Daniel appointed lawyer Seon Jung Moon to defend him in his legal battle with his agency.
