BLACKPINK's "Kill This Love" Sets New Record For Fastest K-Pop Group MV To Surpass 200 Million Views
BLACKPINK continues to soar with their latest release “Kill This Love”!
On April 16 at approximately 6:50 p.m. KST, the music video for “Kill This Love” surpassed the 200 million views milestone on YouTube. As the video was released at midnight KST on April 5, this means it was able to achieve this feat in approximately 11 days, 18 hours, and 50 minutes!
This makes “Kill This Love” the fastest K-pop group music video to reach 200 million views. It smashes the previous record held by BLACKPINK’s last release “DDU-DU DDU-DU,” which reached the milestone in 33 days and 23 hours.
“Kill This Love” is also BLACKPINK’s sixth group music video to hit 200 million views following “BOOMBAYAH,” “As If It’s Your Last,” “Playing with Fire,” “Whistle,” and “DDU-DU DDU-DU.”
