BTS has been included in TIME magazine’s “100 Most Influential People Of 2019” list!
On April 17, TIME revealed their annual list of 100 people considered to be the most influential “pioneers, leaders, titans, artists and icons” in the world.
BTS was able to make the list through its “Artists” section alongside notable names such as Regina King, Rami Malek, Ariana Grande, and Brie Larson. Other figures from different fields to be included in the list include Sandra Oh, Michelle Obama, Lebron James, and many more.
Halsey, an American Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter who recently collaborated with the group for their latest title track “Boy With Luv,” wrote about the group and recognized them for their numerous achievements in the music industry, “positive messages of self-confidence,” and the way that each member has become role models for millions of fans. She also noted that “world domination” was possible for BTS through the “love and effort these young men put into each and every step.”
