BTS's "IDOL" Becomes Their 6th MV To Reach 450 Million Views

Another one of BTS’s music videos has reached an important milestone!

At around 11:15 p.m. KST on May 5, the music video for BTS’s “IDOL” reached 450 million views on YouTube. The video was released at 6 p.m. KST on August 24, 2018, which means the achievement was reached in approximately 254 days, or eight months, eleven days, and five hours. This makes “IDOL” BTS’s fastest music video to reach the milestone.

“IDOL” is now BTS’s sixth music video to reach 450 million views following “DNA,” “Fire,” “Fake Love,” “MIC Drop (Steve Aoki Remix),” and “Dope.” BTS is currently the only Korean boy group to reach the milestone on YouTube.
