In the clip, Red Velvet’s mascot from their concert “REDMARE,” the robot known as ReVe, is shot out of a toy vending machine. His toy capsule opens up to reveal an “invitation” for Red Velvet’s “The ReVe Festival: Day 1” (the title of their upcoming mini album) on June 19.

In the two videos, the five members of Red Velvet act out two scenarios. In the first, Irene says, “Yeri, fall in love. Zimzalabim!” and Yeri reveals two hearts in her hands and says, “Everyone, I love you.”

In the second skit, Joy, Seulgi, and Wendy are all craving fried chicken realize they don’t have any money. Wendy smiles and says, “Who needs money? We just need to say the magic words. Zimzalabim!” Her words magically summon fried chicken on the table and the members laugh as they take a bite.

Red Velvet has announced their first comeback of the year!
SM Entertainment confirmed that the teaser is for “The ReVe Festival,” which will be a celebration of the girl group’s diverse music this year. The festival will kick off with the release of their mini album “The ReVe Festival: Day 1” on June 19.
“ReVe” is a combination of “Red” and “Velvet,” the name of the robot character featured in their second concert “REDMARE,” and also a French word meaning “dream.”
Pre-sales for the physical album of “The ReVe Festival: Day 1” will begin on June 4.
