Jung Hae In To Lead Film Directed By Lee Je Hoon + Pyo Ye Jin To Make Cameo Appearance
Details have been revealed for Lee Je Hoon’s directing debut!
In 2019, the actor co-founded the film production company HARDCUT with director Yang Kyung Mo and producer Kim Yoo Kyung. HARDCUT has launched production of the “Unframed” project, which is a series of short films directed by actors Park Jung Min, Choi Hee Seo, Son Seok Gu, and Lee Je Hoon.
Lee Je Hoon’s short film reflects the realistic concerns of young adults in their 20s and 30s through the boom of investment techniques such as stock trading. He personally wrote the scenario and is also directing the film.
On August 5, it was reported that Jung Hae In will be starring as the lead in the film with “no guarantee” in support of Lee Je Hoon, meaning that he decided to not receive a payment for the contract.
Jung Hae In’s agency FNC Entertainment confirmed the news, explaining, “[Jung Hae In] will be starring [in the film] due to his friendship with Lee Je Hoon. They are currently filming.”
It was additionally reported that Lee Je Hoon’s “Taxi Driver” co-star Pyo Ye Jin will be making a “no guarantee” cameo appearance in the short film. Pyo Ye Jin’s agency Pan Stars Company confirmed in response, “It is true that Pyo Ye Jin will be starring in the ‘Unframed’ film directed by Lee Je Hoon.”
“Unframed” is schedule to be released in December 2021 via the OTT platform Watcha.
