ITZY Achieves 4th Highest 1st-Week Sales Of Any Girl Group In Hanteo History

ITZY’s latest comeback is off to an amazing start!

Last week, ITZY made their highly-anticipated return with their first full-length album “CRAZY IN LOVE” and its title track “LOCO.”

On October 1, Hanteo Chart announced that the album sold an impressive total of 259,705 copies in the first week of its release (September 24 to 30)—breaking ITZY’s previous first-week sales record of 200,130 set by their previous mini album “GUESS WHO.”

With this achievement, ITZY has become the girl group with the fourth-highest first-week sales in Hanteo history—bested only by BLACKPINK, IZ*ONE, and TWICE.

“CRAZY IN LOVE” also achieved the second-highest first-week sales of any girl group album released in 2021, trailing only TWICE’s “Taste of Love” thus far.
