Watch: ATEEZ Announces July Comeback + Drops 1st Teaser Video Through QR Codes Mysteriously Posted In Hongdae And Madrid
ATEEZ has just announced their next comeback in an extremely cool way!
On April 23, ATEEZ fans noticed several mysterious posters both in the Hongdae neighborhood of Seoul and outside the venue of ATEEZ’s concert in Madrid, Spain. The posters featured “HALATEEZ” (the “HALA HALA” versions of ATEEZ, which ATEEZ lore describes as the members in a different dimension), as well as a QR code and cryptic captions.

Fans soon discovered that the QR code led to an unlisted video teasing a comeback in July 2022, in which ATEEZ beseeches the world to “wake up.”
What makes this unique comeback announcement especially cool is the way it ties into the ATEEZ universe: considering that music and art are supposedly banned in HALATEEZ’s world, the clandestine, “underground” nature of the announcement fits perfectly with their story.
ATEEZ’s last comeback was in December, when they released their latest album “ZERO : FEVER EPILOGUE” and its double title tracks “The Real (Heung Ver.)” and “Turbulence.”
The group is currently in the midst of the European leg of their “THE FELLOWSHIP: BEGINNING OF THE END” world tour, which kicked off in Madrid on April 23 and will take them to multiple cities across the continent through May.
