Watch: HYBE/ADOR's New Girl Group NewJeans Makes Surprise Debut With "Attention" + Drops Schedule For 1st EP

HYBE’s new girl group created by Min Hee Jin has made their highly-anticipated debut!

Last year, HYBE established a brand-new sub-label named ADOR, to be headed by its Chief Brand Officer (CBO) Min Hee Jin. Before joining HYBE in 2019, Min Hee Jin was famous for being a creative director and board member at SM Entertainment, where she worked for 17 years.

On July 1, ADOR released multiple teaser videos for the upcoming girl group and announced that their first content would drop on July 22.

As promised, on July 22 at midnight KST, ADOR announced NewJeans as their upcoming girl group and unveiled their surprise debut music video for “Attention”!

In addition to dropping a surprise debut MV, NewJeans shared a time table that leads up to the release of their first EP! On July 23, July 25, and August 1, the group will release three new music videos. Their EP will drop digitally on August 1, and after three music show appearances on “M Countdown,” “Music Bank,” and “Inkigayo,” NewJeans’ first EP will officially be released on August 8.
