Stray Kids Becomes 2nd Fastest Artist To Surpass 2 Million Sales With 'MAXIDENT'

Stray Kids’ new mini album has become a double-million seller at impressive speed!

Last week, Stray Kids made their highly-anticipated comeback with their seventh mini album “MAXIDENT” and its catchy title track “CASE 143” on October 7.

On October 12, Hanteo Chart reported that as of 6:05 p.m. KST that evening, “MAXIDENT” had   sold a total of 2,001,910 copies—meaning that the album took less than six days to surpass 2 million sales.

Stray Kids is now the second-fastest artist in Hanteo history to have an album hit the 2 million mark, bested only by BTS. Stray Kids has also become one of only three artists in Hanteo history ever to have surpassed 2 million sales in the first week of an album’s release, following BTS and SEVENTEEN.

Meanwhile, “MAXIDENT” already became Stray Kids’ best-selling album of all time earlier this week. The mini album sold over 1.3 million copies on the first day of its release, managing to overtake “ODDINARY” as the group’s top-selling album in just one day.

Congratulations to Stray Kids!
