OMEGA X To Hold Press Conference Regarding Former CEO's Abuse Allegations

OMEGA X members will be holding a press conference to address the current situation.

On November 14, a legal representative of the idol group OMEGA X shared that they prepared a press conference for the afternoon of November 16 to explain the current situation and future direction with the presence of OMEGA X members at the Seoul Bar Association building in the Seocho area of Seoul. The legal representative added that they will share further details at the press conference.

Last month, one of OMEGA X’s fans reported on Twitter that they had seen the CEO of the group’s agency, SPIRE Entertainment, hitting the members after their concert in Los Angeles. SPIRE Entertainment initially released a statement claiming that OMEGA X and the agency had “resolved all their misunderstandings.”

After the controversy continued to draw attention, SPIRE Entertainment released an apology along with the announcement that the CEO in question had resigned. However, as the other remaining CEO was reported to be the husband of the previously resigned CEO, the argument is still ongoing that the circumstances the group is under are still the same even after the voluntary resignation of the CEO.
