Watch: BTS's J-Hope Is Ready For The Spotlight In Trailer For Documentary "J-Hope In The Box"
BTS’s J-Hope has shared a sneak peek of his upcoming documentary “j-hope IN THE BOX“!
On January 27 KST, BTS released a teaser trailer for “j-hope IN THE BOX,” which will follow J-Hope for approximately 200 days as he prepares and releases his first official solo album “Jack In The Box.”
The new clip begins with J-Hope explaining why he started this project. “The world doesn’t really know how BTS’s J-Hope goes about making music,” he says. Amidst flashes of behind-the-scenes footage of J-Hope in the recording studio and at dance rehearsal, the singer continues, “[I want to] break out of the box and greet a bigger world.”
The trailer then cuts to J-Hope’s star-studded listening party for “Jack In The Box,” which his fellow BTS members attended to show their support—followed by his historic performance at last year’s Lollapalooza, where he became the first Korean artist ever to headline the main stage of a major U.S. music festival.
“j-hope IN THE BOX” will be released simultaneously on Weverse and Disney+ on February 17 at 5 p.m. KST.
