NewJeans' 'OMG' Ties BLACKPINK's 'Pink Venom' For 2nd Longest-Charting K-Pop Girl Group Song On Billboard's Hot 100

NewJeans’ “OMG” is still going strong on Billboard’s Hot 100!

Back in January, NewJeans became the fastest K-pop group in history to land multiple entries on the Hot 100 (Billboard’s weekly ranking of the most popular songs in the United States) when their latest title track “OMG” joined “Ditto” on the chart at No. 91.

Over a month later, the song is as stable as ever: for the week ending on March 4, “OMG” successfully remained on the Hot 100 at No. 89, marking its sixth consecutive week on the chart.

“OMG” has now tied BLACKPINK’s “Pink Venom” for the second longest-charting song on the Hot 100 by a female K-pop act, bested only by BLACKPINK and Selena Gomez’s collab track “Ice Cream” (which spent eight weeks on the chart back in 2020).

Outside of the Hot 100, “OMG” ranked No. 6 on Billboard’s World Digital Song Sales chart, No. 9 on the Global Excl. U.S. chart, and No. 14 on the Global 200 in its eighth week on all three charts.

Congratulations to NewJeans!
