Watch: Taecyeon Attempts To Unleash His Vampire Powers On An Unimpressed Won Ji An In Upcoming Drama Teaser
KBS2’s upcoming drama “My Heart Is Beating” (literal translation) has dropped a hilarious new teaser!
“My Heart Is Beating” is a new fantasy romance drama starring 2PM’s Taecyeon as Seon Woo Hyul, who is half-human and half-vampire. Although he desperately wants to become human, he misses his chance because of one fateful day out of 100 years. He eventually winds up moving in together with Joo In Hae (Won Ji An), a cold-blooded woman who lacks humanity despite being fully human.
The newly released teaser begins with Seon Woo Hyul in an unbuttoned shirt on top of a mountain as he yells, “I want to become human!”
When asked, “Why do you want to become human?” Seon Woo Hyul responds, “Love. I want to experience heart-fluttering love,” as he is shown caressing the cheeks of Joo In Hae in present-day as well as Na Hae Won (Yoon So Hee) in the past.
In contrast to Seon Woo Hyul’s romantic response, Joo In Hae tells him, “That’s not love. That’s obsession,” making viewers wonder if the two will eventually be able to get along and live together.
At the end of the teaser, half-human and half-vampire Seon Woo Hyul tries to threaten Joo In Hae by baring his fangs, but his fangs don’t appear as expected, leaving Seon Woo Hyul at a loss and Joo In Hae looking very unimpressed.

“My Heart Is Beating” will premiere on June 26 at 9:45 p.m. KST as the follow-up to “My Perfect Stranger.”
