WINNER's Kang Seung Yoon Confirms Enlistment Date

WINNER’s Kang Seung Yoon has officially announced his upcoming military enlistment date.

On May 24, YG Entertainment shared on Weverse that Kang Seung Yoon is set to enlist on June 20.

Hello. This is YG Entertainment.

We would like to express our gratitude to INNER CIRCLE who always support WINNER,
and share some information regarding the military enlistment of WINNER member Kang Seung Yoon.

Kang Seung Yoon will be enlisting on June 20 to receive basic military training and is expected to serve as an active duty soldier in the army.

Respecting Kang Seung Yoon’s wish to enlist quietly, the time and location of his enlistment will remain confidential, and there will be no separate events on the day. We kindly ask for your understanding.

We would like to ask for your warm encouragement and love until the day Kang Seung Yoon fulfills his duty of national defense and returns in good health.

Our agency will also continue to fully support and show love for Kang Seung Yoon as well as the other WINNER members.

Kang Seung Yoon has been active in various fields and appeared in many television programs including “2022 KBS Drama Special,” idol survival show “Fantasy Boys,” and the latest on-air dating reality show “Heart Signal 4” on which he is one of the panelists.

Kang Seung Yoon will be the last member of WINNER to enlist in the military following Song Mino, who has been serving as a public service worker since March.
