BTS's V Debuts In Top 25 Of UK's Official Singles Chart With "Slow Dancing"
BTS’s V has made his debut on the United Kingdom’s Official Singles Chart!
On September 15 local time, the Official Charts (typically regarded as the U.K. equivalent to Billboard’s U.S. charts) announced that V’s new solo title track “Slow Dancing” had debuted at No. 24 on its Official Singles Chart—marking his first time entering the chart as a solo artist.
Notably, “Slow Dancing” is only the third song by a K-pop soloist ever to debut in the top 25 of the Official Singles Chart, following Jimin’s “Like Crazy” (which debuted at No. 8) and Jungkook’s “Seven” (No. 3).
“Slow Dancing” also debuted at No. 1 on both the Official Singles Sales chart and the Official Singles Downloads Chart this week.
Congratulations to V!
