Lee Jung Ha Dishes On His Chemistry With "Moving" Co-Stars Go Yoon Jung And Kim Do Hoon, Resolve As An Actor, And More
Lee Jung Ha has joined Elle Korea for a charming pictorial!
Recently, Lee Jung Ha starred as Kim Bong Seok, a student who inherited both of his parents’ supernatural powers, in the hit Disney+ series “Moving.” Based on the webtoon of the same name, “Moving” is a superhero action drama about teenagers with hidden superhuman powers and their parents who, unbeknownst to them, harbor a painful secret from their past. They eventually team up to battle powerful dark forces that threaten multiple generations across different eras.
In the interview that followed the photo shoot, Lee Jung Ha talked about his newfound fame after starring in “Moving.” When asked if he could feel the extent of the love that he is receiving, Lee Jung Ha shared, “I really feel it when the apartment residents recognize me on the elevator. It’s fascinating, and I feel a surge of wanting to do well.” In response to the question of whether anyone wanted him to fly through the front door like Bong Seok, Lee Jung Ha sweetly replied, “If they want, I can make the gesture I do when I fly up.”
Regarding his co-stars, Lee Jung Ha remarked, “Although the set was mostly filled with enjoyable and happy moments, Go Yoon Jung helped me a lot so that I could do well without losing my smile when I was having a hard time. I think I could act well as Bong Seok because Go Yoon Jung played Hee Soo.”
On his chemistry with Kim Do Hoon, who played Kang Hoon, Lee Jung Ha remarked, “We don’t have much contact within the drama, but in real life, he is a friend who is always by my side like how Bong Seok and Hee Soo are. I enjoyed every moment [together], whether it was [us] grumbling or laughing and talking. I’m grateful that he still thinks of me as a person dear to him.”
The actor remarked, “I want to become a person and actor who delivers diverse emotions each season while always staying in the same place like the sea.” He shared his resolve as an actor by concluding, “There were many new challenges I attempted for the first time through ‘Moving,’ and I felt a lot of things as that resulting [project] was released to the world. I want to fly toward my limit.”
Lee Jung Ha’s full interview and pictorial will be available through the October issue of Elle Korea.
