2023 MTV Europe Music Awards (EMAs) Announces Nominations

Voting for the 2023 MTV Europe Music Awards (EMAs) has officially begun!

In addition to all of the previously announced nominations (which can be found below), TREASURE has also been nominated for Best Asia Act as Korea’s sole representative in the category.

Voting is open on the MTV EMAs’ official website here until October 31 at 11:59 p.m. CET, and you can check out the rest of the K-pop artists who earned nominations this year in our original article below!

The 2023 MTV Europe Music Awards (EMAs) has revealed this year’s nominees!

On October 3, Billboard Brazil officially published the list of nominations for the upcoming EMAs, which will be held in Paris next month.

BTS’s Jungkook and TXT were the most-nominated K-pop artists this year, snagging three nominations each for 2023. In what mark his first EMA nominations as a solo artist, Jungkook is in the running for Best Song (for his smash hit “Seven” featuring Latto), Biggest Fans, and Best K-Pop.

Meanwhile, TXT was nominated for Best Group, Best Push Artist, and Best K-Pop.

NewJeans and SEVENTEEN earned two nods each: both groups were nominated for Best Group and Best K-Pop.

aespa was also nominated for Best Group this year, while BLACKPINK was nominated for Biggest Fans.

Finally, this year’s nominees for Best K-Pop are FIFTY FIFTY, Jungkook, NewJeans, SEVENTEEN, Stray Kids, and TXT.
