Park Gyu Young Named As Gucci’s Newest Global Ambassador
Park Gyu Young has been selected as a global ambassador for the Italian luxury brand Gucci!
Following her attendance at Gucci’s Spring/Summer 2024 (also known as the Gucci Ancora Fashion Show) in Milan last month and her feature on the digital cover of the fashion magazine Dazed in collaboration with the brand, Gucci has now officially named the star as their newest global brand ambassador.
On October 6, Gucci announced, “We are greatly delighted to have Park Gyu Young join us in future various activities. We look forward to creating new aesthetics and style for the brand together with her.”
Park Gyu Young also expressed her feelings by saying, “It’s a great honor to become Gucci’s global brand ambassador. I hope to showcase my own unique personality, passion, and confidence through various collaborative activities with Gucci.”
Lee So Young, the CEO of Park Gyu Young’s agency Saram Entertainment stated, “Our artist Park Gyu Young has become Gucci’s global brand ambassador. We are thrilled and honored to be able to work with Gucci. We will provide our full support to ensure that this partnership between these two trend-setting leaders shines even brighter.”
Park Gyu Young is now the sixth Korean star to be named as a global brand ambassador for Gucci, following EXO‘s Kai, Shin Min Ah, Lee Jung Jae, IU, and NewJeans’ Hanni.
Currently, Park Gyu Young is working on “Squid Game 2” and awaiting the premiere of her upcoming fantasy romance drama with ASTRO’s Cha Eun Woo, “A Good Day to Be a Dog.”
“A Good Day to Be a Dog” will air its first two episodes on October 11 at 9 p.m. KST and will be available on Viki.
