BTS's Jungkook's "Seven" Sets Spotify Record For Fastest Song To Surpass 1 Billion Streams

BTS’s Jungkook has joined Spotify’s Billions Club at record speed!

On October 30, Jungkook’s official solo debut single “Seven” (featuring Latto) became the fastest song in Spotify history to surpass 1 billion streams.

According to Spotify, “Seven” took just 108 days to reach the milestone, breaking the previous record of 112 days set by Miley Cyrus’s “Flowers.”

Back when it was first released in July, “Seven” previously made Spotify history as the first song by a K-pop soloist to debut at No. 1 on the Global Top Songs chart—and the first song by any male artist from any country to surpass 15 million first-day streams on the platform.

Meanwhile, Jungkook is currently gearing up to release his first solo album “GOLDEN,” which will include both “Seven” and “3D” (featuring Jack Harlow), on November 3. Check out his latest teasers for the album here!
