Lee Se Young And Bae In Hyuk Are From Different Centuries In "The Story Of Park's Marriage Contract"
MBC’s upcoming drama “The Story of Park’s Marriage Contract” has dropped colorful character posters!
Based on a web novel, “The Story of Park’s Marriage Contract” is a time-slip romance drama about the contractual marriage between bachelor Kang Tae Ha (Bae In Hyuk) and Park Yeon Woo (Lee Se Young), who has traveled to modern day from 19th century Joseon.
In the poster below, Park Yeon Woo wears a red hanbok (Korean traditional clothing) and wedding veil, showcasing her lovely personality. While the warm and light pink background color makes Park Yeon Woo stand out even more, the modern wedding dress is faintly visible in the area of her shoulder line covered with her wedding veil. The text that reads, “I am going to do whatever I can because he is my husband,” suggests her strong will.
In another poster below, Kang Tae Ha, a third generation chaebol, wears a black tuxedo while having half of his face covered with a traditional see-through face cover. Behind the face cover is a glimpse of a blue hanbok, which creates deep contrast with Park Yeon Woo. Unlike Kang Tae Ha’s cold and expressionless face, the text that reads, “I saw a strange vision. It was you from the Joseon Dynasty,” raises curiosity about the story of Kang Tae Ha and Park Yeon Woo’s contract marriage.
“The Story of Park’s Marriage Contract” premieres on November 24 at 9:50 p.m. KST and will be available with subtitles on Viki. Check out a teaser for the drama here!
