Ryu Jun Yeol And Chun Woo Hee's Star-Studded Webtoon Adaptation Announces Premiere Plans

Ryu Jun Yeol and Chun Woo Hee’s upcoming drama “The 8 Show”—the highly-anticipated adaptation of the hit webtoons “Money Game and “Pie Game”—will be premiering next year!

On December 12, it was officially announced that the upcoming series “The 8 Show” would be released on Netflix in 2024.

Based on Bae Jin Soo’s popular webtoon “Money Game” and its sequel “Pie Game,” “The 8 Show” will tell the story of a high-stakes game in which eight participants are placed under extreme circumstances after being cut off from the rest of society. The contestants attempt to gather and hold onto as much money as possible before the game ends—which only happens when someone dies.

In addition to Ryu Jun Yeol and Chun Woo Hee, the upcoming drama will also star Park Jung Min, Park Hae Joon, Bae Sung Woo, Lee Joo Young, Lee Yul Eum, and Moon Jung Hee.
