Watch: "Noryang: Deadly Sea" Cast Celebrates Surpassing 3 Million Moviegoers

“Noryang: Deadly Sea” shows no signs of slowing down at the Korean box office!

“Noryang: Deadly Sea” is the third and final installment in director Kim Han Min’s trilogy about battles led by the legendary general Lee Soon Shin, following the hit films “The Admiral: Roaring Currents” and “Hansan: Rising Dragon.”

On December 31, the Korean Film Council announced that as of the day before (December 30), “Noryang: Deadly Sea” had officially reached a total of 3,088,018 moviegoers. The film was originally released on December 20, meaning that it took less than 11 days to hit the 3 million mark.

In honor of the film’s new achievement, the director and cast have shared a special video thanking the 3 million moviegoers who went to see “Noryang: Deadly Sea” in theaters.
