"Welcome To Samdalri" Soars To Its Highest Ratings Yet
JTBC’s “Welcome to Samdalri” hit a new all-time high in viewership last night!
On January 7, the romance drama achieved the highest ratings of its run to date. According to Nielsen Korea, the latest episode of “Welcome to Samdalri” scored an average nationwide rating of 9.8 percent, marking a new personal record for the show.
KBS 2TV’s “Korea-Khitan War” stayed strong with an average nationwide rating of 10.0 percent for the night, while tvN’s “Maestra: Strings of Truth”—which airs in the same time slot—rose to a nationwide average of 5.4 percent ahead of its final week.
Meanwhile, TV Chosun’s new drama “My Happy Ending” earned an average nationwide rating of 2.3 percent for its fourth episode.
Finally, KBS 2TV’s “Live Your Own Life” climbed to an average nationwide rating of 19.0 percent, successfully continuing its streak as the most-watched program of any kind to air on Sunday.
