“Crime Scene Returns” has unveiled a new poster and teaser ahead of its premiere!
“Crime Scene Returns” marks the highly anticipated new season following a seven-year hiatus of the beloved show “Crime Scene,” Korea’s first RPG (Role-Playing Game) variety program in which guests take on various roles to solve a murder case. First aired in May 2014, the program received favorable reviews from viewers and successfully launched its second season in April 2015 and Season 3 in April 2017.
On January 9, it was officially confirmed that “Crime Scene Returns” is set to make its comeback in February. The dynamic lineup will include the original cast members Jang Jin, Park Ji Yoon, and Jang Dong Min, along with new additions SHINee’s Key, Joo Hyun Young, and IVE’s An Yu Jin.
The newly released poster depicts all six players strategically positioned on the crime board amidst a web of intricate clues. Accompanied by the compelling tagline, “The deduction war resumes!” the poster stirs excitement among fans who have eagerly awaited the series’ comeback.
The teaser begins by announcing the arrival of a fresh season, unfolding as players make their entrances one by one. Immersed in case files, the cast then shows varied reactions, with exclamations such as “Are we really going this far on the first case?” and “The scale is no joke,” igniting intrigue and foreshadowing a series of innovative and unpredictable cases. Subsequent scenes showcase the players expressing grievances, confidently identifying the culprit, and skillfully deflecting suspicion, highlighting their acting and deduction prowess.
The teaser concludes with the players declaring, “Everyone is both a suspect and a detective,” accompanied by the caption, “Who is the culprit?” setting the stage for an intense deduction war among the six participants.
