Lee Ji Ah Is Entangled With Kang Ki Young And Oh Min Seok In "Queen Of Divorce"

JTBC’s upcoming drama “Queen of Divorce” has shared new stills of Lee Ji Ah, Kang Ki Young, and Oh Min Seok!

“Queen of Divorce” follows the story of Sara Kim (Lee Ji Ah), Korea’s greatest divorce problem solver, and eccentric lawyer Dong Ki Joon (Kang Ki Young) as they fearlessly bring justice to “bad spouses” with their solutions.

Lee Ji Ah will star as Sara Kim, the team leader of the divorce settlement company Solution. Sara Kim was the daughter-in-law of the family behind the top law firm in Korea, but she lost everything overnight after being backstabbed by her husband.

Kang Ki Young will play Sara Kim’s business partner and Solution’s advisory counsel Dong Ki Joon. With his sharp looks and manner of speech, Dong Ki Joon displayed extraordinary perseverance and intuition during his time as a prosecutor. He’s great at sniffing out the bad guys, and once he bites, he refuses to let go, landing him the nickname of “Shepherd.”

Sara Kim and Dong Ki Joon met as business partners at their divorce settlement company. Sara, who sincerely aims to facilitate divorces rather than adhere strictly to legal procedures, clashes with Dong Ki Joon, a legal professional who cannot tolerate such an approach. Despite their differences, they gradually grow on each other as they work together to handle cases.

On the other hand, Sara Kim and No Yul Sung (Oh Min Seok) were once a married couple, but after their divorce, they are now at odds with each other. Due to No Yul Sung’s betrayal, Sara Kim lost everything and even ended up in prison, making the rift between the two especially deep. Viewers will have to wait to find out whether Sara can exact revenge on No Yul Sung, who ruined her life.

Lee Ji Ah explained that because Sara Kim has different feelings towards Dong Ki Joon and No Yul Sung in the drama, she tried to portray that in her acting.

Meanwhile, Kang Ki Young shared, “Thanks to the bold and cool actress Lee Ji Ah, the atmosphere was always cheerful while we were filming together. I’m confident that energy was reflected in the drama.”

Oh Min Seok revealed, “Through the relationship between Sara Kim and No Yul Sung, I experienced emotions I had never felt before.” He went on to add, “While acting together with Lee Ji Ah, I contributed a lot of ideas. Thanks to her respect and consideration for other people’s opinions, we were able to achieve good chemistry and comfortable teamwork during filming.”
