SM Entertainment Reveals Comeback Plans And Concerts For 2024

On February 8, SM Entertainment has shared its plan for the upcoming year under SM 3.0!

Since last month, SM Entertainment revealed new albums from RIIZE, SHINee’s Minho, and Super Junior’s latest unit Super Junior-L.S.S. This month, SM is gearing up with NCT’s Ten’s solo activities as well as NCT’s Taeyong’s comeback with his second solo album and NCT WISH’s highly-anticipated debut.

The following month, Red Velvet’s Wendy will make her solo comeback with her second mini album. The lineup for March also includes NCT DREAM’s new mini album.

In addition to album releases, SM artists will be gearing up for more concerts after starting off strong in January with Minho’s first fan-con, NCT 127’s third world tour, TVXQ’s Asia tour, and Key’s solo concert. Scheduled for February are Super Junior-L.S.S.’s Asia tour, Taeyong’s first solo concert, Ten’s first fan-con in Asia, SMTOWN LIVE 2024—which will be celebrating its 20th Tokyo Dome concert—and SHINee’s Japan tour finale—which will also be held at Tokyo Dome for two days. In March, Taemin will hold a solo concert in Japan.

SM Entertainment further revealed their star-studded lineup for the second half of the year. Awaiting fans in the second half will be RIIZE’s single and mini album as well as aespa’s first full-length album. Furthermore, in regards to solo releases, SM plans on releasing BoA’s single, EXO’s Suho’s mini album, Girls’ Generation’s Hyoyeon’s single, and NCT’s Doyoung’s solo. In addition, SHINee, Red Velvet, and WayV will be releasing mini albums. SM also revealed that nævis, the virtual artists linked with aespa, will finally be making their debut.

Finally, SM Entertainment revealed that in the second half of the year, there will be new concerts from NCT DREAM and aespa, who successfully completed their first world tour last year, as well as fan-cons from Super Junior-L.S.S. and NCT’s Ten.

Under SM 3.0, SM Entertainment aims to diversify their music as well as showcase diverse promotional plans that take into consideration the characteristics of the artists.
