Son Suk Ku Becomes Entangled With Kim Sung Cheol, Kim Dong Hwi, And Hong Kyung In 'Troll Factory'

Upcoming film “Troll Factory” (also known as “Comment Army”) has shared new stills of Son Suk Ku, Kim Sung Cheol, Kim Dong Hwi, and Hong Kyung!

Based on the novel of the same name, “Troll Factory” follows the journey of a journalist who faces suspension after exposing a major corporation. When an anonymous informant reveals the existence of an online “comment army” that manipulates public opinion, he embarks on a quest to unveil the truth and reclaim his position.

Son Suk Ku will star as Im Sang Jin, a journalist striving for reinstatement following his suspension for writing an article exposing the abuse of power by a big corporation.

Starring opposite Son Suk Ku are the members of the “comment army,” Team Aleph. Kim Sung Cheol will star as Jjing Putt King, the unofficial leader and the sharp-witted mastermind behind the manipulation of public opinion. Kim Dong Hwi plays Chat Tat Khat, the writer behind all the captivating fabricated stories and the anonymous informant who tips Im Sang Jin off to the existence of the comment army. Hong Kyung will play Paeb Taek, a keyboard warrior drawn deeper into the world of online manipulation as he witnesses its formidable power.

The newly released stills capture Im Sang Jin with three different facial expressions: a shocked expression after checking something, a sad expression as he sits in the newsroom, and then a visibly worn-out appearance in front of a desk cluttered with documents and a laptop.

The next set of stills captures the tense atmosphere between Im Sang Jin and Chat Tat Khat, the informant who reveals the existence of the comment army, as they sit face-to-face, along with glimpses of the mysterious Team Aleph.

Another set of stills captures Jjing Putt King, Chat Tat Khat, and Paeb Taek sitting in front of laptops and exchanging ideas as they prepare to manipulate public opinion online.

The photos also showcase the sophisticated and visually appealing mise-en-scène that “Troll Factory” will present. From the interior of the newspaper office where Im Sang Jin works to his home and the interior of Team Aleph’s hideout, viewers can see the personalities of the characters in their surroundings.

“Troll Factory” is set to hit theaters on March 27.
