Shin Jaewon Parts Ways With Agency After Leaving The Wind

Former The Wind leader Shin Jaewon has officially parted ways with his agency.

On February 28, With US Entertainment announced that they had mutually agreed to end Shin Jaewon’s exclusive contract with their agency—and that The Wind would be continuing their activities as a six-member group.

Shin Jaewon previously left The Wind back in December due to personal circumstances.

The agency’s full statement is as follows:

Hello, this is With US Entertainment.

We are making an announcement regarding former The Wind member Shin Jaewon’s future and plans for The Wind’s future activities.

After discussing former The Wind member Shin Jaewon’s future activities from multiple angles, we have mutually agreed to end his exclusive contract [with our agency].

As a result, The Wind will be promoting as a six-member group from here on out. We ask that WHIZ [The Wind’s fandom] give their warm love and interest to the six members of The Wind who will grow and improve to become even cooler.

We will do our utmost to continue to support The Wind so that they can grow as admirable artists in the future.
