"The Zone: Survival Mission" Season 3 Unveils New Cast Lineup And Release Plans
“The Zone: Survival Mission” will be returning for a third season in the second half of this year!
“The Zone: Survival Mission” is a unique Disney+ variety show where the cast members attempt to “survive” eight simulations of future disasters including a zombie apocalypse. The first and second seasons of the show starred Yoo Jae Suk, Lee Kwang Soo, and Girls’ Generation’s Yuri .
On March 11, Disney+ revealed that the upcoming third season of “The Zone: Survival Mission” will be even larger scale and have greater chemistry with the addition of new cast members.
In the upcoming third season titled “REAL & FAKE,” missions will be carried out in a space where real-looking fakes and fake-like reals co-exist.
Two new cast members, Kim Dong Hyun and Dex, who possess overwhelming physical strength, will be joining Yoo Jae Suk and Yuri for the third season of the show. Viewers are looking forward to the performance of the new cast members.
The original cast members Yoo Jae Suk and Yuri reportedly have perfect chemistry with the new cast members. Girls’ Generation’s Yuri, who was called Captain in Seasons 1 and 2 and led Yoo Jae Suk and Lee Kwang Soo, will be teaming up with Dex to create a new type of chemistry. Yoo Jae Suk will show his sweet side as he bombards the new cast members with advice.
Season 3 of “The Zone: Survival Mission” will premiere sometime in the second half of 2024.
