"Missing Crown Prince" Ratings Hit All-Time High As "Chief Detective 1958" And "The Escape Of The Seven: Resurrection" End
MBN’s “Missing Crown Prince” kicked off the second half of its run on a high note!
On May 18, the romantic comedy starring EXO’s Suho and Hong Ye Ji climbed to its highest viewership ratings yet. According to Nielsen Korea, the latest episode of “Missing Crown Prince” scored an average nationwide rating of 3.783 percent, marking a new personal record for the series.
Meanwhile, both MBC’s “Chief Detective 1958” and SBS’s “The Escape of the Seven: Resurrection” ended on rises in viewership. “Chief Detective 1958” scored an average nationwide rating of 10.6 percent for its final episode, taking first place in its time slot across all channels.
“The Escape of the Seven: Resurrection” rose to its highest ratings since its season premiere back in March. The drama saw a jump of nearly 1 percent for its series finale, earning a nationwide average of 4.1 percent.
tvN’s “The Midnight Romance in Hagwon” scored an average nationwide rating of 3.0 percent for its third episode, while JTBC’s “The Atypical Family” held steady with a nationwide average of 3.9 percent.
Finally, KBS 2TV’s “Beauty and Mr. Romantic” remained the most-watched program of any kind to air on Saturday with an average nationwide rating of 16.2 percent.
