aespa Earns Quadruple Crown On Circle Weekly Charts + NewJeans Tops Album Chart
Circle Chart (formerly known as Gaon Chart) has revealed its chart rankings for the week of May 19 to 25!
aespa achieved a quadruple crown on this week’s Circle charts, topping no less than four separate charts with their new smash hit “Supernova.” The pre-release track took No. 1 on the overall digital chart, streaming chart, and global K-pop chart, while aespa climbed to No. 1 on the social chart.
Overall Digital Chart
aespa’s “Supernova” soared to No. 1 on this week’s overall digital chart, with Block B’s Zico’s hit single “SPOT!” (featuring BLACKPINK’s Jennie) coming in at No. 2.
IVE’s “HEYA” stayed strong at No. 3, followed by ILLIT’s “Magnetic” at No. 4 and QWER’s “T.B.H” at No. 5.
Streaming Chart
The top five songs on this week’s streaming chart were almost exactly the same as the overall digital chart, except ILLIT’s “Magnetic” and IVE’s “HEYA” swapped places to take No. 3 and No. 4 respectively.
Global K-Pop Chart
aespa topped this week’s global K-pop chart with “Supernova,” trailed by ILLIT’s “Magnetic” at No. 2 and Zico’s “SPOT!” at No. 3.
BABYMONSTER’s “SHEESH” rose to No. 4 for the week, and IVE’s “HEYA” rounded out the top five.
Album Chart
NewJeans claimed two of the top three spots on this week’s physical album chart with their new single album “How Sweet”: the regular version of the album debuted at No. 1, while the Weverse version charted separately at No. 3.
BTS’s RM’s solo album “Right Place, Wrong Person” debuted at No. 2 this week, while NEXZ’s debut single album “Ride the Vibe” entered the chart at No. 4.
Finally, SEVENTEEN’s best-of album “17 IS RIGHT HERE” climbed back up to No. 5 on this week’s chart.

Lim Young Woong held onto both of the top spots on this week’s digital download chart, where his songs “Home” and “Warmth” took No. 1 and No. 2 respectively.
NewJeans also claimed two of the top five spots, with their songs “How Sweet” and “Bubble Gum” debuting at No. 3 and No. 5 respectively.
Finally, aespa’s “Supernova” held steady at No. 4 for the week.
Social Chart
aespa rose to No. 1 on this week’s social chart, followed by FIFTY FIFTY at No. 2, BLACKPINK at No. 3, BTS at No. 4, and Choi Yu Ree at No. 5.
