ATEEZ Makes History On UK's Official Albums Chart As 1st K-Pop Group To Debut 3 Albums In Top 10 Within 1 Year
ATEEZ has made K-pop history in the United Kingdom!
On June 7 local time, the United Kingdom’s Official Charts (widely regarded as the U.K. equivalent to Billboard’s U.S. charts) announced that ATEEZ had set a new record with their latest chart debut.
Less than a year after scoring their first-ever entry on the Official Albums Chart (with their 2023 mini album “THE WORLD EP.2 : OUTLAW”), ATEEZ has already managed to rack up three top 10 albums. The group’s new mini album “GOLDEN HOUR : Part.1” debuted at No. 4 this week, making it their third consecutive album to enter the top 10.
With this latest entry, ATEEZ has become the first K-pop group in the history of the Official Albums Chart to land three albums in the top 10 within one year.
Before “GOLDEN HOUR : Part.1,” “THE WORLD EP.2 : OUTLAW” entered the chart at No. 10 last year, while “THE WORLD EP.FIN : WILL” debuted at No. 2.
“GOLDEN HOUR : Part.1” also debuted at No. 1 on the Official Physical Albums Chart this week, making it their second consecutive album to top the chart.
Congratulations to ATEEZ on their historic achievement!
