On the latest episode of “The King of Mask Singer,” the identity of “Bam Yang Gang” was revealed!

In the first match-up of Round 2, Bam Yang Gang showcased her vocals with a soulful cover of Yoon Jong Shin’s “Rebirth.”

After her performance, Im Woo Il phoned in to give the celebrity panel a few hints about Bam Yang Gang’s identity. One of the hints he gave had to do with “biting,” leading several of the panelists to wonder if she was Chuu—the inventor of the famous “bite heart” often used by idols.
Although Bam Yang Gang charmed the crowd with her singing, it was ultimately her opponent that won the round. Sure enough, when she took off her mask, she turned out to be none other than former LOONA member Chuu.
After showing off her famous aegyo, Chuu remarked, “I’m releasing a new album at the end of June. I’m going to work hard on promoting this new album, and my dream is to become a singer who can solidify my presence as a soloist.”
Chuu’s upcoming mini album “Strawberry Rush” will be released on June 25 at 6 p.m. KST. Check out her latest teasers for the comeback here!
