SM Entertainment's Electronic Group "Beat Burger" Drops Teaser for "She So High" MV
Fans can expect something new from the boy and girl group factory SM Entertainment as it debuts the electronic creative group “Beat Burger” who will finally release their first mini album in five years, “Electric Dream,” on September 29.
To slowly make their presence known, they have released a teaser for their upcoming music video for their title track “She So High” on September 24 through SMTOWN’s official YouTube channel which gives a peek of the sound that can be expected from the group.
The 25-second teaser video features TVXQ’s Changmin and YG Entertainment‘s actress Goo Hye Sun.
Formed in 2009, Beat Burger is composed of the DJ and vocal Shim Jae Won, performer Hwang Sang Hoon, rapper MQ, guitarist Stephen Ju, keyboardist Flash Finger, sound director Gu Jong Pil, and VJ Park Kyu Yong.
Quite notable of the group is that they are all professionals in the music industry who already know what would be a hit or a miss, based on their years of experience in working in the industry.
Many SM Entertainment artist fans could recognize Shim Jae Won and Hwang Sang Hoon for their involvement with the SM Town artists such as TVXQ, BoA, SHINee, Super Junior, EXO, and others as the performance directors and choreographers at SM Entertainment. The band’s sound director, Gu Jong Pil, is a sound engineer for SM Entertainment and Flash Finger is a producer and synthesizer player.
Prior to the release of their first mini album, Beat Burger has performed in clubs and music festivals including the Ultra Music Festival.
The mini album “Electric Dream” will include a total of six tracks that has a variety of genre including EDM, rock, hip-hop, and pop. Find out more about Beat Burger’s music when their mini album drops on September 29.
