Weekly K-Pop Music Chart 2015 – February Week 2
Davichi has the new No. 1 song on our chart, as their “Cry Again” moved past last week’s top two songs Jung Yong Hwa’s “One Fine Day” and Mad Clown’s “Fire.” “Cry Again” was No. 3 last week but scored wins on Music Bank and M!Countdown, and had strong showings on independent charts, as well, enabling the song to move up to No. 1 this week. Congratulations to Davichi!
There is only one new song in the top 10 this week. Moving up 15 spots to No. 6 is INFINITE’s sub-unit duo INFINITE H, consists of Dongwoo and Hoya. They recently released their second mini-album “Fly Again.” The title song “Pretty” becomes their second top 10 hit. This hip-hop song has a soft beat and the rapping is like a conversation. The lyrics express the feelings of being in love. “Pretty” won on Inkigayo and Music Core last week, but did not score as well in other sources. INFINITE H’s first hit “Special Girl” reached No. 4 two years ago. Let’s see if this song becomes their first top three hit on our chart next week.
