Henry Used to Call Fellow Trainee Gong Seung Yeon "Gollum"

It’s week two for the new couples on “We Got Married,” and the four of them have switched partners!

It seemed like actress Gong Seung Yeon fell head over heels for CNBLUE‘s Lee Jong Hyun on last week’s episode, but her date with Super Junior-M‘s Henry in the March 21 episode could change things.

Viewers might have expected that they’d get to see Henry and Gong Seung Yeon meet for the first time in this week’s episode. However, it turns out that the two of them have actually known each other for ten years!

They were trainees together once upon a time, and so they are actually quite close already. Still, they both get nervous when they find out that there’s a chance they’ll become each other’s virtual spouse on the show.

There’s no need for them to introduce themselves when they go on their first date, and so they instead spend time reminiscing about their days as trainees. Gong Seung Yeon tells Henry that she remembers he used to call her “Gollum.” Henry gets embarrassed and explains, “I called you that because Gollum’s eyes are really pretty,” which makes her laugh.

While they’re on their date, Henry entertains her with a performance on the piano, and in return she does a dance just for him.

This is totally different than Gong Seung Yeon’s date with Lee Jong Hyun last week. Who would you rather see her with on the show?
