"Hyde Jekyll, Me"'s Soundtrack Popular Despite Drama's Low Ratings
SBS‘s Wednesday and Thursday evening drama “Hyde Jekyll, Me” has been suffering in the ratings, with the number of viewers slipping all the way down to a low of 3.4% on March 25’s episode.
Despite the fact that the drama itself hasn’t been able to attract a sizable loyal fan base, its OST has been doing well on Korean music charts.
Baek Ji Young‘s track “Because of You” leads the rest of the soundtrack in popularity. It has been topping online music charts, which shows its potential outside of the drama.
Others songs from the OST that have been successful on music charts include Kim Bum Soo‘s “Only You,” Park Bo Ram‘s “Falling,” and Yoon Hyun Sang‘s “Embrace.”
Due to demands from viewers, a song called “Hyde Jekyll” by new group SNUPER, which was featured on the show, will be officially released soon.
