Weekly K-Pop Music Chart 2015 – April Week 3
As expected, EXO’s “Call Me Baby” becomes our new No. 1 song this week, rising three spots from No. 4 last week. “Call Me Baby” swept all the music show rankings and was just 14 points short of perfection despite a very strong challenger. Next week the competition may become even tougher but “Call Me Baby” will be the favorite to repeat on top again. Congratulations to EXO.
There is only one new song in the top 10 and is right below “Call Me Baby.” miss A’s latest hit “Only You” moves up from No. 15 to No. 2 this week. This song is the title track from miss A’s third mini-album “Colors.” It has an addictive hip-hop and trap rhythm. The lyrics describe confident women who are not afraid to express their true feelings towards the guys they like. “Only You” scores 969 points this week. Normally it is more than enough to claim the top spot on our chart but they ran into an extraordinary competition in “Call Me Baby” and still lose by 17 points. The gap should be closer next week and we’ll see if miss A can over take EXO.
