Weekly K-Pop Music Chart 2015 – August Week 5
It’s BIGBANG versus Wonder Girls again for the top spot this week. Just like last week, BIGBANG’s “Let’s Not Fall In Love” wins over Wonder Girls’ “I Feel You,” even though the winning margin is half of the week before. “Let’s Not Fall In Love” picked up another three music shows last week with wins on on Inkigayo, Music Bank, and Music Core. BIGBANG nearly has the top two songs this week as their other album title song “Zutter” also moves up six spots to No. 3. Congratulations again to BIGBANG.
There is only one brand new song in the top 10 this week. Moving up 15 spots to No. 6 is B1A4’s “Sweet Girl.” This song is the title track of B1A4’s sixth mini-album of the same name. Members Jinyoung and Baro wrote the song and lyrics. It is a mid-tempo dance song with sweet rhythm about falling in love at the first sight. “Sweet Girl” won on Show Champion last week and had a strong showing on other music shows as well. Let see if this song will move into the top five next week.
