Entertainment Agency to File Lawsuit Against University Student Council for Suggestive Use of Girl Group Photo

A university’s fall festival poster with a photo of a girl group member has been posted online and is being sued for violation of rights.

The poster contains a lingerie pictorial photo of a girl group member under the heading of “Adult Bar,” and is accompanied with suggestive captions such as “flip your position” and “I want to take the pig skin off.”

The head of the student council and the student body who posted the poster explained, “This is a menu that we made to use in a bar. We didn’t know it would cause trouble. We apologize to the entertainment agency.”

The said entertainment agency, however, did not accept their apology and is planning to take legal action against promotion of lewd activities.

An affiliate of the agency stated, “We will sue for defamation and violation of image rights. We plan to file a lawsuit some time this week.”

The police department responded, “The lawsuit hasn’t been filed yet but we will go ahead with the investigation as soon as it is filed.”
