Weekly K-Pop Music Chart 2015 – December Week 2
EXID remains No. 1 for the second straight week with “Hot Pink.” This song won on Inkigayo last week and remained consistently strong on all our chart sources, giving EXID another easy win. “Hot Pink” already did a better job staying on top than EXID’s previous two No. 1 songs “Up & Down” and “Ah Yeah” as both only managed one week on top of our chart. Congratulations again to EXID.
Moving up three spots to finish a distant second is the collaboration “Sour Grapes” between San E and Mad Clown. This hip-hop song surprisingly moves past a lot of more mainstream challengers to take second spot this week.
Up one spot to No. 3 is rookie female group TWICE’s “Like OOH-AHH.” This song has been on and off the top three for a few weeks, not too bad for a rookie as they are gaining points to compete for the best new artist award.
There were no brand new songs in the top 10 this week, but we can expect PSY, BTS and TaeTiSeo to make an impact on next week’s chart.
