July Bride Eugene Sheds Tears During Wedding Photoshoot?

On yesterday’s episode of SBS’s “One Night of TV Entertainment,” celebrity reporter Lady Jane caught up with Eugene and Ki Tae Young’s wedding planner Yuna Kim to ask the happy couple’s wedding details. With their wedding date just around the corner, the soon-to-be-hitched couple unveiled their wedding invitations and photos early this week, attracting many well-wishes from the couple’s fans.

Yuna Kim explained, “With the date approaching so fast, the two seem a bit nervous, but other than that they’re very well. When asked what style of wedding dress the bride decided on, she answered, “Eugene tried on various dresses but ended up choosing one with a classic design.”

She added, “Just as they were about to start their wedding photoshoot, Eugene looked into Ki Tae Young’s face and teared up. I think she was very touched. He smiled and said, ‘Let’s go eat gogi (meat) after the shoot.’ They were so pretty together.”

The wedding will take place this Saturday, July 23^rd, at a small church just outside of Seoul. The ceremony will be a private affair, and they’ve invited their close friends and family for an intimate affair. For those of you who have seen their drama MBC’s “Creating Destiny” (2009), you’ll recognize that the image used for their invitation was taken from the poster of their drama. Just like the title, the drama created a life-long destiny for the happy couple. After the wedding, the two will leave for a three week honeymoon in Europe.

Once they return, Eugene will resume her role as host of beauty program “Get It Beauty,” while Ki Tae Young will be preparing for his new lead role in drama “I’m Going to Live a Beautiful Life,” the follow up to Kim Sun Ah’s “Scent of a Woman.”
