BTS's "Boy With Luv" Becomes Fastest Korean Boy Group MV To Hit 200 Million Views
BTS has once again set an impressive record!
The group’s music video for “Boy With Luv” was released on April 12 at 6 p.m. KST. On April 24 at approximately 1:43 p.m. KST, the music video surpassed 200 million views on YouTube. This is 11 days, 19 hours, and 43 minutes since its release. “Boy With Luv” is now the fastest Korean boy group music video to reach 200 million views. BTS also set the previous record with the music video for “IDOL,” which achieved the feat in one month, 12 days, and seven hours.
The current overall Korean group record is held by BLACKPINK’s “Kill This Love,” which achieved the feat in approximately 11 days, 18 hours, and 50 minutes.
This is BTS’s 12th music video to achieve 200 million views on YouTube, following “Dope,” “Fire,” “Blood Sweat & Tears,” “DNA,” “Not Today,” “Save Me,” “MIC Drop” remix, “Boy in Luv,” “Fake Love,” “Spring Day,” and “IDOL.”
