October Movie Star Brand Reputation Rankings Announced

The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for film actors!

The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community awareness indexes of 50 popular movie stars, using big data collected from September 19 to October 19.

Kang Dong Won topped the list for October with a brand reputation index of 9,928,065. High-ranking phrases in his keyword analysis included “Dr. Cheon and the Lost Talisman,” “possessed,” and “Psick University,” while his highest-ranking related terms included “handsome,” “transform,” and “sincere.” Kang Dong Won’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 83.07 percent positive reactions.

Go Yoon Jung took second place with a brand reputation index of 9,312,332, marking a 9.81 percent increase in her score since last month.

Meanwhile, Jo In Sung held onto his spot at third place with a brand reputation index of 5,681,887.

Song Joong Ki shot to fourth place with a brand reputation index of 4,951,374, marking a whopping 225.23 percent rise in his score since September.

Finally, Han Hyo Joo came in at a close fifth with a brand reputation index of 4,709,324 for October.
